STRATEGIC PRIORITIES:
Understanding Strategic Planning:
Strategic planning serves as a vital organizational management process used to establish priorities, allocate resources, enhance operations, ensure alignment among stakeholders, define desired outcomes, and adapt to evolving circumstances.
