The Institute of Tax Accountants Pakistan™ (CTA-PAKISTAN) is an international professional organization with global headquarters in Pakistan. CTA-PAKISTAN serves as the voice of the tax accounting profession globally, recognized for its authority, leadership, advocacy, and educational initiatives. Its members specialize in tax accounting, risk management, governance, internal control, information technology audit, education, and security.

CTA-PAKISTAN is an integral part of a vast network of institutes worldwide and has established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) with national and international professional bodies. Upon joining CTA-PAKISTAN, members can automatically gain membership in these institutions after paying their nominal fee and receiving a recommendation from the institute.

CTA-PAKISTAN offers various services to its members in Pakistan while actively promoting and advancing the tax accounting profession globally. These services include seminars, an annual international conference, and access to a wealth of global guidance for members.

International Chapters of CTA-PAKISTAN:

CTA-PAKISTAN is in the process of establishing chapters in other countries to better serve its members and students. Additionally, efforts are underway to conduct seminars and training workshops in these countries to further the professional development of its members.

Global Council:

The Global Council is an exclusive, invitation-only event that provides updated information on CTA-PAKISTAN’s activities and offers opportunities to share best practices. Participants engage in discussions on current strategic initiatives, including advocacy efforts, implementing competency frameworks, expanding services to related professionals, and shaping the future governance of The Institute.
