The Institute of Tax Accountants Pakistan™ (CTA-Pakistan) has been established under the Companies Ordinance 2017, Government of Pakistan. Currently, we have members comprising accountants, licensed tax agents, lawyers, members from commerce and industry and other tax practitioners. Since its inception, CTA-Pakistan has been actively involved in creating awareness on and promoting the tax profession to ensure the country's demand for qualified and trained tax practitioners, tax consultants and tax accountants is met.

CTA-PAKISTAN™ is committed, by developing curricula that is adaptable to the changing demands of the market to training the country’s human resources to suit the present day employment needs and aims to improve access to higher education. The programs are designed according to the today’s and future market need and it opens up the opportunities to our qualified professionals in the Tax and other allied fields as well. We are offering our qualifications to the following:

Fresh Graduates, who have completed their education but are unable to proceed further to gain a recognized professional qualification,.

As the professional body responsible for matters concerning taxation in this country, we are obliged to ensure that our members are well informed and have their information base constantly updated by attending Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programmes. As a national taxation body, CTA- Pakistan™ also participates in numerous dialogues and meetings organized by the relevant authorities namely the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan SECP, Ministry of Finance particularly Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) etc. With rapid globalization, the role of tax professionals in business has undergone numerous changes.
